We have our own Geocylinder™ factory, a Geocylinder™ is a bag made of polypropylene fabric seamed together forming a cylinder of different shapes and sizes, we use it to form barriers which can be temporary or permanent in a short amount of time by filling them with sand or concrete.

These temporary barriers can be used to control flodding and to redirect currents with the intention of reducing the energy of the waves of water and redirecting it to create positive effects.

We present our Geocylinders™ in three models which can be of any size.

We offer our Geocylinders™ in colors: Black, White or Concrete.

We offer a lifetime guarantee on our stitching.

Oceanus Search and Recovery, has the honor of presenting the best Geocylinder or Geotube in the market.

The Oceanus Marine Geocylinder™
100% polypropylene woven Geotextile fabric of the highest quality, with quadruple or sextuple stitches, with resin to prevent the filtering of sediment through the seams.

With soft caps for easy filling, maintenance, and silk gauze for easy positioning.

The Marine Flat Side Oceanus Geocylinder™
100% polypropylene woven geotextile fabric of the highest quality, with quadruple or sextuple stitches, with resin to prevent the filtering of sediment through the seam.

With soft caps for easy filling, maintenance, and silk gauze for easy positioning.
This Geocylinder™ is seamed together so that the tips have the same height as the center of Geocylinder™, when filled, they form rectangles or cubes which can easily connect with each other, this allows us to completely seal between Geocylinders™ forming single heighted structures.

The Enhanced Marine Oceanus Geocylinder™
100% polypropylene woven geotextile fabric of the highest quality, with quadruple or sextuple sewing and reinforced with resin to prevent the filtering of sediment through the seam. With soft caps for easy filling, maintenance, and silk gauze for easy positioning.

Our latest invention, the Enhanced Marine Geocylinder™.
Is protected with a layer of Polyurea 1.5 to 3 millimeters thick, which gives us an unsurpassed resistance to abrasion of rough rocks and soils, and also gives us an impact resistance of 2 tons per cm2, this added to the fact that our materials do not damage the ecosystem in any way, allowing the growth of algae and recruitment of several species of coral.

Oceanus has its own batch of submersible pumps for dredging of solids, we have the ability to generate artificial beaches with constant maintenance.
We can provide protection using segmented breakwaters composed of solid Geocylinders™ with fillings such as sand, mud or concrete.
